With the actual amount (liters) collected by the buyer and the analysis from the Eurofins Steins laboratory regarding the actual collection, M2M calculates the final price as follows:

  • The actual collected amount in liters is converted to kilos by multiplying with milk standard density in Denmark: 1.02
  • The analysis results are included with the following parameters: fat, protein, cell count, bacterial count, growth inhibitors, freezing point and odor / taste / appearance.

Calculation of additions / deductions

  • Pricing is based on the value of Fat and Protein. Price ratios are determined each month based on the market price of fat and protein.
  • Price ratio Fat and Protein for November 2017 is 3.3 to 4.4
